Hi All,
The input select knob on the H. Scott LK-72b stereo amplifier has only three
choices; phono, tuner or extra (auxiliary). There is no position for tape.
However, the rear has both input and output jacks for a tape deck, so it does
support a tape loop. But how to select it?
There is a two position slide switch on the front of the amplifier marked: tape
monitor: tape or source. Is the 'tape' position used to play tapes through the
system and the 'source' position used for the inputs selected via the input
select knob?
There is also a second two position slide switch on the front marked:
Equilization. The choices are NAB tape/riaa or phono. Can somebody explain to me
the purpose of this switch and what it is supposed to do?
Thank you for the assistance.
