Wire all the amps and speakers to a common patch panel. Use double
banana plugs to make the connections. Simple, easy and flexible.
Also cheap and it works! The outputs from the amps run down one
side of the panel and the speaker inputs are on the other. Just
jumper them together for the configuration you need.

Another possibility for a commercial solution is to buy a switching
system from Nials Audio. A lot more expensive and way less flexible
though.
