I assume you are looking for something like power handling?

My take on a speakers power handling rating is that I never
worry about it. If you asked me what the power handling of my
main pair of speakers is I couldn't tell you. What I do know
is that I'm sure they can take the better part of a Kw on an
impulse without damage. It is very rare to actually damage a
speaker provided the sound is still clean. I have actually
seen far more speakers damaged by running them with small
overloaded amplifiers!

Other ratings for the speakers will be harder to obtain. My
suggestion would be to try them out and let your ears rate them.
This is all that matters right? The numbers mean little the
music is the goal ;)

My bend on old speakers is that I never deal with them. Modern
manufacturing techniques and computer modeling have made good
speakers more available today then ever. The other issue is that
mechanical systems like a speaker age more then electronics and
you can't simply swap in a new spider into a woofer like a
resistor in an amplifier. Old speakers are neat in a vintage
sort of way but I prefer the sound of my classic electronics
on modern speakers. As always your mileage may vary ;)

Just keep the classic stuff out of the land fill!
