[Vintage-Audio] Vanishing Speakers?

Just wondering, Duane, what does or would your dream 1963 system consist =
of? would you drive those EVs or JBLs with a Marantz 8b? or a Mac?=20

I have a particular affinity for budget amps of the period, mainly =
because I've never had the cash to spend any quality time with a higher =
end unit like the 8b. Although I did have the pleasure to audition one, =
and I was very, very jealous... but I'm happy with my Eico HF81, and =
I'll bet it could perform some magic with your dream speakers.

 I have a similar aspiration to put together a dream system, of more =
affordable pieces. Can anyone recommend the Leak Sandwich speakers? I've =
heard they are easy to blow. I would also be interested in someone's =
opinion of lowthers.
