Since 4-channel "Quad" equipment first started to appear late in 72, will
you permit discussions relevant to this stuff? You made no mention of it
in your ground rules. Can you picture 4 boatanchor receivers with their
diode outputs going to four inputs in the 4 channel receiver or amplifier
for simultaneous, or individually controlled, audio output in phase/out
of phase, etc. then connected to a 4 channel tape deck for simultaneous
recording of the reception of the 4 receivers.
