As you all have been notified at this point. You know that this month's meeting is a special meeting to vote in bylaw and amendments to our articles of incorporation. It should be just like a normal meeting other than those two special motions. 

As such the usual reservation for 5PM has been made at swiss chalet (lansdowne location), and it will be again at 7:30PM March 4th at the Otonabee Valley Public School's Library (580 River Road S in Peterborough). 

The Agenda, Minutes from the Last Meeting, and all other motions the board is planning on bringing forward are attached. If you have any other motions you wish to bring forward please let Jon know at secretary@ve3pbo.ca.
