Sending this out as a friendly reminder that as our bylaws are currently written, we can no longer make changes to the proposed bylaws, and articles of amendment as we have currently mailed or emailed them to all members, this is to prevent additional changes being voted on at the meeting, which any member who may wish to object to, and has decided they are ok with the current amendments, and that member decides not to attend the meeting from not being able to vote against such.

There have been two separate meetings in which the bylaw change consultations were the main topic.

So as it stands the vote at the meeting (on the bylaw amendments and articles of amendment) is an all or nothing proposition. However if there are any other concerns we can set up another special meeting at a later date to make more changes. If you have any pressing concerns that you were planning on bringing up at the meeting with the current amendments. Please contact the board directly at board@ve3pbo.ca and we will try to address them as soon as possible.
