Hello Everyone,

The lawyer is still reviewing the bylaws, however recently because of a rapid growth in memberships we have not had enough for a quorum at the meeting in september, and in october we barely had quorum.

I spoke to our lawyer and he recommended we change the quorum requirement to this:

11.0 QUORUMS:

11.1 A Quorum at a General Meeting shall consist of thirty percent (30%) of the membership in good standing.

11.1 *** A Quorum at a General Meeting shall consist of thirty percent (30%) of the membership in good standing or fifteen (15) members in good standing whichever requirement is lower.
