Sorry I've been quiet lately,  I have been out of town for work and apparently I like to live dangerously close to deadlines.

First off, thanks to everyone who has reached out for covering shifts and to help me with the usual protocols for this event (this is my first time for this event).

As of now, we have only a few shifts left to cover.  As per suggestion by Barry, John and Nina I think I have a good grasp on who is available and where.  

As of now, we still need people for: 

Saturday morning; at the boathouse x1

Saturday afternoon; at the start line x1 and at the boathouse x1

Sunday morning and afternoon ;start line x1each

Sunday morning and afternoon; boathouse x1each

I realize this method of typing out an email is confusing, so please see attached Google sheets link for the layout.

Let me know asap if you need to make changes to your schedule, or if you would like to volunteer for any of the available shifts.
