Interac e-transfer to treasurer@ve3pbo.ca is preferred. 

Visit https://join.ve3pbo.ca/signup to register with the new membership portal then once you have made payment log in to https://join.ve3pbo.ca and select Submit Payment on the left hand side:

Select add payment from the top right corner of the webpage:

Fill in the information on your payment and click the add payment button (a receipt image is not required):
