I am able to access these results so you can fill out the new form or not if you choose not to that's fine I can re enter them in the new platform.

Hello All;

With COVID restrictions finally gone, we are looking to create additional activities, at the end of this year and of course next year. If you could please take the time to fill the survey out, it will help me with planning future and current activities. 

Please only fill it out if you are a fully paid member in good standing for 2023 (this year), although non members are welcome at our events, we need to plan based on the membership.

For our members with accessibility issues if it is difficult to fill out please send me an email and I will arrange to fill it out for you over the phone. 

Please fill it out before September 26th so we have time to present the information at the October meeting.
