Before the meeting Steve VE3PTA showed a new antenna.
7.30 PM Steve VE3PTA called the meeting to order
1. ATTENDANCE: 18 MEMBERS were present and 11 were on line for total of
29.
2. ELECTIONS: All positions went unchallenged

3. TREASURES REPORT: Barry VE3BLM
There is still money. Petty cash $664.70, GIC $868.76, Cash $3330.67.
4. TECNOLOGY REPORT: Rick VE3IQZ reported everything was working.
There were no changes. The internet is working well. No activity on the
Fusion 440 repeater.
5. ACTIVITIES REPORT John VA3NW explained Winter Field Day went well.
More people are needed for this event. There is a rally in Bancroft and you
can email John VA3NW for details.
Bob VE3IEL will be hosting a “Campfire “net on Thursday evenings at 9 pm
on PBO
Don VE3BSR is hosting a Valentine coffee club, with free doughnuts on
February 14th. XYLs are welcome. Email Don for location
Darren VA3PDJ was interested in how many were doing POTA... about 50%
showed interest.
6. ARIES REPORT: Harmen VE3EMA is taking over for John VE3VL. They will
be meeting with the city looking for support. More information will be
available at the next meeting.
7. The 50/50 draw was help while the video system was rebooting. Jon
VE3XOE won $23.50 PLEASE BRING CHANGE FOR THE DRAW IN FUTURE
TO SIMPLIFY CHANGE MAKING.
Bob VE3IEL asked about what was happening with another club. Steve
VE3PTA indicated there were discussions being held and when they are
ready, they will bring the information to the membership.

Steve VE3PTA thanked all in attendance. He still has a few club crests for
sale.
