Andrew, AND called the meeting to order. Following introductions, Devon, DEV read January's minutes.  Jerry JLW and Bob IEL moved that the minutes be approved. Barry, BLM presented the treasurer's report. Petty cash: $385.44. GIC: $853.66. PARC: $599.95. 

Activities. John, NW said that if more than three people participate in 1 160 metre contest, we can get brownie points. He said that 6 people showed up for Winter Field Day and a good time was had by all. Still no place for Hamfest.

Technical. Rick, IQZ said the repeater is working well. He said he will talk to Dave, SD who has a battery we might be able to use.

ARES. John, VL said that they have been experimenting with video conferencing through Zoom, which will be used for training sessions every 2 weeks beginning February 15  at 11 am. . Sessions will be recorded for people who can't make it. In May, there will be a field exercise.

Andrew, AND opened nominations again. the entire executive was acclaimed except the secretary's position which is now vacant.

Andrew, And reminded people that the dues increase is now in effect.

Jerry, JLW called for more speakers/presenters. People made several suggestions. Jerry, JLW said he would talk on home brew antennas.
