our new president andrew, ve3and called the meeting to order. following introductions, devon, ve3dev read last month's minutes.

in barry ve3bj's absence, rick iqz read the treasurer's report. petty cash: $233.78. gic: $846.62. parc: $2,122.

ares. rick, iqz said that in john, ve3vl's absence, he visited the clonsilla fire department, and things seem to be going well. rvz told us that he is in the process of standardizing all of the ares radios.

website. andrew, and asked us to keep harmen ema updated on club activities.

technical. rick, iqz said that he put the yaeseu back on digital. the other yaeseu repeater still has to go back to california, but we need to purchase a proper sized box. dave, sd thinks he has the original box that rick is looking for. bob, iel told us that we are no longer linked to rtr.

activities. in barry, blm's absence, it was mentioned that both the dog guide walk and the ms walk are on may 26. 

andrew, and reminded us that the 2019 dues are past due.

old business.

bob, rvz said that he has the radio for bridgenorth, which he will give to jerry, ve3jlw.

new business.

john, kbt said that he has a hydro bill for $600 for 20 months of operation of ve3kbt repeater in apsley.  he wondered if the club could pay some of the expenses. barry, bb moved that we pay john $60 as a one-time payment for hydro use for the past two months. rvz seconded. carried. gary ivu moved that we do an evaluation of cost and then make an offer. dave sd seconded. carried. andrew and and rick iqz will figure out how to do the evaluation.

steve, ve3pta showed us a 1931 signal generator. steve says he's looking for a home for it.
