Barry, VE3BLM read the treasurer's report.  Petty Cash: $233.78.  GIC: $846.62.  PARC: $2,122.06.

technical. rick ve3iqz told us that the ve3buy repeater is dead, and needs to go back to california. our va3pbo repeater needs to be upgraded in order to be compatible with the wires x. we'll work on getting ve3buy up first.

website. harmen, ve3ema said no changes.

ares. john, vl said that the bi-monthly checks at the various sites are going well. he said that newhall park has already been booked for field day.

 Old business. jerry, jlw said that    the radio for the bridgenorth fire department needs to be picked up. bob, rvz may do that.

elections. paul, kbi can't step up to the presidency. andrew bell, ve3and was elected. steve, pta was elected as vice president. devon, dev is still secretary. barry, blm is still treasurer. dave, sd passed out ballots for activities director. barry, blm was elected. jerry, jlw moved that the ballots be destroyed. rick, ard seconded.  carried. jerry, jlw publicly thanked dave sd for his several terms as president. devon, dev announced that this will be her last year as secretary.
