[PARC] VE3BUY is down again

Hello All,

Nick went up to the site this morning, and it appears the old power supply
we were using for the PIs before is over voltage and cooking the PIs, Nick
brought another pi with him which immediately released the magic blue smoke
when he plugged it in. We probably have another solution but it will take
some time, we expect BUY to be down until this evening sometime.

Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately the power supply for the pi was
the only thing we did not swap when we replaced the repeater.
