The worst and most heart breaking part of being on the executive is having
to send out these notifications.

It is with great sadness that I am letting you all know that Ralph
Frederick passed away this morning.

 He had been heavily involved i  amateur radio in our area for a long time
he was the instructor when Barry Monaghan VE3BLM got his license.

A moment of silence will be observed on the net tonight.
