Hello everyone,

I have had contact with the scouts group which we have previously
contributed volunteers to for JOTA. This year they are not operating in the
usual capacity, but we are welcome to join in if anyone likes. Otherwise
we can scan the planned frequencies during the event to act as contacting
stations globally for all scout groups.

I will include the frequency chart as well as a copy of the reply I have
received.

Thanks and have a great day,

Jordan

Hi, Jordan and thanks for reaching out regarding Jamboree on the Air.

JOTA is indeed happening this year though in a very different form than
PARC has supported in the past.
We are holding a single day event at Camp Samac in Oshawa this year and not
a weekend camp at Mosport as we have previously done. At Camp Samac, there
will be two or three stations set up operated by myself, Scouter Baron
(VE3LVE) and two volunteers from the North Shore Amateur Radio Club, to
which Baron and I belong.

Given the distance to Camp Samac from Peterborough, you are welcome to
attend though if your members are not interested, that is perfectly
understandable.
However, if your PARC members are interested in operating from their QTH
and giving Scouting Youth stations to connect with, please consider the HF
Frequencies noted below. Though the data is from the Boy Scouts of
America, we will use the same in Canada. "
