On August 25th at the fox hunt the fox hid on the Trent University Campus.
During the event, a member who was participating was seen driving
aggressively on private property. Which lead to them being followed, and
confronted by trent security. I have now received an email from the
management of Trent, who are understandably concerned, and have asked that
we not hold another fox hunt event on their property.

*So What?*
Aggressive driving is not only dangerous, but it is illegal. The public and
PARC members could have been seriously injured. Additionally members of the
club were technically trespassing on private property while trying to find
the fox. Additionally the club's reputation has been damaged with a valued
community partner.

*Now What?*
A reminder on the rules of this event.

*Winning is based upon the shortest distance.*
A fox hunt is not a race, there should never be any reason to speed or
otherwise drive aggressively.

*The Fox Must be hidden on public property, with public access.*
Trent university before this incident was off limits to begin with but it
certainly is now. The fox must hide on public property. If the fox is
wishing to hide on public access private property (such as a mall or
school) permission must be obtained from the owners prior to hiding there.

*The fox must be accessible.*
We have many members with mobility issues; the fox location must only be a
short walk from public parking, and be wheelchair accessible.

*Furthermore if there is another incident of aggressive driving PARC will
be forced to cancel these events. *

Thank you all for your understanding.
