[PARC] PARC Executive Elections

I have made the decision to run for President this year. If I am elected we
will be needing someone to take over the position of Activities Director.

If you feel that anyone you know would be suited for the position please
encourage them to put their name forward.

Currently Martin VA3OMW has put his name in for Vice President.

And Jon VE3XOE has put his name in for secretary.
