[PARC] Simplex frequencies 2m

Hi Colin,
I was talking to VE3NW John the other day about this.
He said in the past he used 2m 146.550 and 146.580. I think this is a great option if you don’t want to be on a repeater or the repeaters are down. Then we all know a couple of go to frequencies.
John and I, him in Hastings and me in Lakefield were able to work these frequencies. We will not all be able to connect but can rely if needed.
