[PARC] Winlink Operational Modes (Zoom Meeting Number 4)

Greetings,

This email is intended for anyone who wishes to learn more about the 
three operational modes used in Winlink.

As a followup to last few week's Winlink Zoom meetings, we will talk 
about Winlink, Radio Only and P2P operational modes this Saturday, 
February 19th .  The purpose is to explain these three modes, the 
differences, advantages and disadvantages and when to use them.

I have attached the "Overview of Winlink Operational Modes" that I will 
be using to explain these modes.

Also attached Radio Only Winlink for the Traffic Handler.
