[PARC] January PARC meeting

Greetings all,

A reminder that the next PARC meeting will be held on Tuesday January 4th
at 7:30 pm. Zoom session opens at 7.

A couple of pre-meeting notes. First off, dues.

There are no changes to the dues for 2022. They remain at $35/year single
or $45/year household. Non RAC members must also pay an insurance premium
of $13 per person. This is an increase from $11.50 last year.

*Please note that RAC did not collect this fee in 2021. Therefore, if you
paid the non-RAC insurance premium in 2021, you have a credit to
your account of $11.50.*

The next item involves elections.

At the club meeting on November 3rd, 2020, it was moved by Keith VA3HXC and
seconded by Terry VA3IX that, given the extraordinary circumstances of the
current pandemic, the executive elections be postponed and the current
executive remain in situ until such time as regular club meetings resume.
The motion passed unanimously.

I don't think anyone anticipated these extraordinary circumstances would
continue into 2022, and it would not be appropriate to simply carry on
without elections indefinitely. Therefore, we will be proceeding with
elections as normal, and nominations for the club executive will be
accepted at this meeting. The current executive is
