Dave SD called the meeting to order at 7:33. Following introductions, Devon,
DEV  read May's minutes. The minutes were approved. Barry BLM read the
treasurer's report.  Petty Cash $ 487.63 GIC $ 844.66 PARC $ 2711.03

 

activities.  barry, blm thanked everyone for their help with both the MS and
the dog guide walks.

 

technical. Rick, iqz said that the equipment for TJR is where it should be
near Deer Bay, but the antenna still has to be connected. the fusion
repeater ve3BUY in Cobourg is now up and running.

 

No ARES or web site reports.

 

Bob, IEL reported that Neil, AXG was laid to rest recently in a beautiful
location near Carnarvyn. John, NW said that he and Rick, IQZ were honoured
to carry the casket.

 

The remainder of the meeting was devoted to organizing Field Day. our next
regular meeting is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, September 11.
