Dave, ve3sd called the meeting to order at 7:40.  Devon, dev read the
minutes and moved that they be approved.  Jerry, Ve3jlw seconded.
Carried.

 

barry blmread the treasurer's report.

petty cash: $#90.62; GIC: 842.46; parc: $2,437.49; karg: $818.14.

 

Activities. ,barry, blm said that  the ,ms walk will be May 31 in the
morning, and the guide dog walk will begin at the Lions Centre at noon.

 

ares. Dave, sd announced that Jim Byrd, va3cc has been appointed as our
Emergency Co-ordinator.  Everyone was delighted with the appointment.

 

Technical. ,rick, iqz said he had no report.

 

Website. ,harmen, ema was absent, but Dave, ,sd told us that the domains
have been paid for for another five years.

 

New business.  ,rick,  ,rzs said that his ,,aprs ,digi will soon provide
coverage to ,peterborough.

 

The remainder of the meeting was devoted to the silent and live auction.
