"Whether you work one station or chase all 64 counties, the goal is simply
to get on the air and have fun.The COQP is an excellent training ground for
sharpening operating skills, testing your station, and - for newer hams -
getting that all-important first contact under your belt."

This activity is supposed to mesh well with Parks On The Air (POTA) and
Summits On The Air (SOTA) activations. Participation is available on 80,
40, 20, 15, 10, 6, and 2 meters, using CW, SSB, AM, and FM. [Digital modes
are not permitted in the Colorado QSO Party.]

I will try to remember to make copies of the handout and distribute them at
our breakfast meeting this coming Saturday morning 8/22/2026. Look for a
reminder for this meeting.
