[v7arcssbnet] Tonight's net 20240511,

As of 5 PM Saturday 5/11/2024, I hear the CW beacons from New York,
California and Venezuela again. (20 meters sounded dead around noon.)
The NOAA information on the GeoMagnetic Disturbance, as filtered through
the channel that I hear it from, shows that the intensity has decreased
significantly in the past ten hours.
