Ham Radio Community,

David Blair, WBØRRU, has passed away.
His people found my QSL card among his belongings and called me at home.
I just picked up the message a few minutes ago.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday 8/27/2022 at the
Adventist Academy near Palmer Park Boulevard and Powers Boulevard.

I will attend.

I remember David from PPRAA in the mid-970s. He was always smiling, as I
recall.
Most recently, he checked in a few times to the Village Seven Amateur Radio
Club's
Saturday night 2-meter sideband net (7:30pm Mountain Time on 144.220 MHz
USB).
David was living at Winslow Court and using an unusual indoor antenna.

As/when I receive additional information, I will pass it along as a "Reply
All".

Thank you for remembering David and thinking of him now.
