Dear V7ARC,

This is the info about the new 70-cm FM repeater that I mentioned on the
2-meter sideband net last night.
I can hear this machine on the Bearcat scanner in my living room.
Gardiner Rock Lane is near Gold Camp Road, uphill of the Skyway
neighborhood in southwest Colorado Springs.

The first thing listed on the "Nets" tab of skyhublink (dot) com is
the SkyHubLink/Society
of Broadcast Engineers Net at 7 PM on Mondays.

"This net is run by the administrator of the SkyHub, Jack KE0VH. The net
talks about topics related to Radio Broadcast and Amateur Radio. The first
part is for the SBE operators to check in, then we hear from operators all
over the world locally in Denver, and all over the world via the rest of
the SkyHubLink system. The net generally runs 2 hours so check in when you
can. We usually have a net question of the night and it always sparks good
ideas and information to share from ALL of our experiences in Ham Radio."

73,

Steve K0CI

Hey Everyone,

Just thought I'd let you know about the new open machine in the Springs
located on a small tower off of Gardner Rock Ln. We just installed it on
Thursday after coordination came through.

Here is the access info:
Frequency: 449.850
Offset: -5.0MHz
PL TONE: 103.5
Repeater Call: N2SKY

The repeater is linked full time to the SkyHub Link system.
Visit skyhublink (dot) com for more information including a coverage map.
