[UTham] Utah Contact for WAS

Folks, 

    Our radio club (N5BL, Mesilla Valley Radio Club in Las Cruces, NM) has a QSL for every state in the union EXCEPT [you guessed it} Utah.  I did work a Utah station a couple of months ago but he's never responded to our request for a QSL (and I sent him a letter a couple of weeks ago with another SASE and he still hasn't sent it).  

    We would like to set up a schedule with another Utah station so we can work them and exchange QSL cards.
