[Uniden] needing some help!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

Would like to hook-up with some-one who can assist me with my new BCT8 
trunk-tracker,and programming it.I get so-far,and hit a wall,and the instruction 
book is very confusing to me..I think I have down-loaded from my PC to the 
scanner,but my sub-group I.D's just won't go in,and I get an error.
