ARRL WEST GULF DIVISION ELECTION
Missing or Undelivered Ballots

ARRL HQ is aware some ballots have not yet been delivered or have been received
with no ballot enclosed in the mailing. All ballots were mailed from Connecticut
on September 30, 2010 by bulk rate mail, which is standard for ARRL elections.
If you have not received your ballot by October 30, 2010 or if your ballot was
missing from the ballot package sent to you, the ARRL will send you a
replacement ballot by USPS First Class postage on October 30, 2010, if you tell
them your ballot was not received.

There are 2 options available to you for requesting a replacement ballot for one
that has not been delivered or is missing:

(1) Send an email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to Lisa Kustosik, KAIUFZ at
LKustosik at arrl.org, tell Lisa you either did not receive a ballot package or
that the ballot was missing from the ballot package you received and request a
ballot,
or
(2) Call ARRL HQ at 860-594-0200 and speak to Lisa Kustosik, KAIUFZ and request
a ballot.

Your ballot must be received by the ARRL’s accounting firm in the ARRL provided
blue envelope NO LATER THAN noon on November 19, 2010.
Your ballot package should contain a ballot printed on blue paper, a small white
envelope with the legend on the front of the envelope that says “Ballot –
A.R.R.L. Elections” and a blue #10 size envelope that is addressed to-

Secretary, ARRL, Inc. – Care of
J.H. Cohn LLP
ARRL, Inc.
P.O. Box 976
Glastonbury, CT 06033-0976.

This is important: Your ballot must be placed inside the white envelope, the
white envelope must be sealed and placed inside the blue #10 envelope and the
blue envelope returned to J.H. Cohn LLP at the address set forth above. If these
steps are not followed, your ballot may not be counted. These instructions are
also included with the ballot package.
If you need assistance, if you still do not receive your ballot after requesting
one or if you have any questions, please contact us:
David Woolweaver, Director, K5RAV at ARRL.org (1-956-793-2500) or John Robert
Stratton, Vice Director, N5AUS at ARRL.org (1-512-426-2078)

YOUR VOTE MATTERS – PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN YOU RECEIVE A BALLOT AND RETURN IT ON
TIME
