Keith, we have some great commercial vendors, flea market vendors, doorprizes and programs for NCTECH on Saturday.  Does your whole group up there know about it?  How can I get word to them, so if they have the opportunity to know about the event?

Commercial Vendors signed up:  Austin Amateur Radio Supply, Jubilee Enterprises, Main Trading Company  (all three above deal in main stream transceivers, antennas, tuners and general Ham supplies), ABR and Wireman (both deal with coax and feedlines), Force 12 (Antennas) and i think a couple of others.  several flea market type vendors, too.

Organizations and Agencies:
Parker County Office of Emergency Management, Kno What 2 Do, AmSAT, MARS, Lonestar DX, Tri-County ARC, Lockeed ARC, DiRECT (Disaster Relief Emergency Communication Team), ARRL North Texas Section, ARRL West Gulf Division, and others

There will be a VE exam session starting at 9am.

Vendors are welcomed:  One of the features of our hamfest is the Swap Meet area, a veritable Ham Radio and High Tech flea market, with new and used Amateur Radio bargains.  Indoor tables are $10 each (paid in advance, $13 at door).  Outdoor flea market space is free.

Presentations:  Presentations are made by Disaster and Emergency Communications organizations and by Ham Radio clubs and experts.  Sign up early to make your presentation!
Exam Sessions:  A W5YI and/or ARRL Volunteer Examiner Exam Session starts at 9am, be sure to bring your photo ID, pencil and non-programmable calculator.  Get prepared by taking a class in advance or self study!  Click here for class information.
Organization Outreach:  For Amateur Radio clubs and for Disaster Relief agencies wishing to set up a non-sales table to display information about your organization and achievements, or to conduct voluteer and membership drives, Indoor Tables are Free (limit 1 per organization)!
