[TxHam] ARRL Elections in the West Gulf Division

On the contrary.

I have witnessed the results of the work Dr. David Woolweaver has done on 
behalf of the hams in the West Gulf Division. He is responsible for positive 
results on many important issues. His duties as an ARRL official have been 
performed tirelessly and with integrity. The hams in Texas and Oklahoma that 
I have talked to over the years have had nothing but praise for this efforts 
and speak very highly of him.

Coy Day, who recently stepped down as Director of the ARRL West Gulf 
Division, is one of the most well respected hams of our time; for both the 
person he is and the things he accomplished for amateur radio.  Coy Day’s 
right-hand man and go-to guy was Dr. David Woolweaver. I consider this the 
ultimate testimony of the value he brings to the ARRL. If he decides to run 
for West Gulf Division Director he has my vote.
