WC5C Tri-County Amateur Radio Club in Azle, TX will be set up at Ash Creek Park, 605 SE Parkway, Azle, Texas 76020.
Directions:  take Texas Hwy 199 northwest out of Fort Worth.  Take Denver Trail exit in Azle, then stay on service road, just past Azle Municipal Center and old Library building is an entrance to the park.

Visitor hams invited.

Also, get your city council/mayor to declare Amateur Radio Week or day.  It gets you some extra recognition that might help you turn up a few more license candidates.

June 27, 2009, will be declared Amateur Radio Day in Azle, Texas, by Mayor Russ Braudis, with proclamation to be made at the Azle City Council Meeting on June 16th, 7pm.  Memembers of Tri-County Amateur Radio club will be present to support our Field Day Chairman, Jeff Webb KE5TQM in receiving the proclamation from the Mayor.
