There is still a storm in the Gulf of Mexico that is
not categorized, but has a chance of becoming
categorized suddenly.

Texas continues to prepare, because even the
uncategorized storm can bring flooding and power
outages, and our defenses are fragile especially since
recovery from recent other storms is incomplete.

Therefore, per Gary Smith and the State of Texas,
we remain on alert.

In TBM specific ALERT status has been assigned to 4
specific Kitchens, all Security,all Communications and
Chaplains.

Begin considering and communicating your availability,
and recheck your readiness.
