[TxHam] 145.230 back on the air

Folks,
After being down for awhile, I finally got everything put back together..

145.230 PL 88.5 is back on the air in Flower Mound, TX.

I have it on carrier squelch for a while then I can command it to PL 
squelch.

Initial range testing is still in the works.

FYI* It is an open repeater except for 3 denton area jammers.
