[TxHam] Need help with interference

Well., we constantly get intentional interference from a certain group 
of hams in the SE US who use linear amps, "alligator stations" on our 
7248 RACES net the second and fourth Sunday of the month. There is a net 
coming up in one hour, we will see what happens.
These fellows are all of one racial group and I guess have been friends 
for some time. The last big blow up occurred when we told them we were a 
RACES net, they interpreted it to mean we were racists, even though most 
of them have been hams for years , evidently they did not know about RACES.
The FCC definitely needs to assign some freqs for emergency/practice use 
only. I am in favor of sending hams who intentional ally interfere with 
ecomms to Guantanamo  Bay for retraining.
