[TxHam] 2 years later, FCC still not enforcing the law

This kind of failure to enforce the law will soon
become a big problem for Texas amateur radio
operators...although there is more confidence in the
technology TXU plans to roll out, as long as the FCC
continues to demonstrate that big business law
breakers get an absolutely free pass to do whatever
they want, TXU nor any other BPL provider has any
incentive to operate legally.
