 AMBER Alert-Texas
An AMBER Alert has been issued for  16 year old Jessica Olvera. Jessica is a 
Hispanic female standing 5 feet 5  inches and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown 
hair and brown eyes. Jessica was  last seen wearing a black DKNY t-shirt, 
black sweatpants, and black flip flops.  

The suspect is 22 year old Daniel Andrade Jr. Daniel is a Hispanic male  with 
brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his arms and shoulder. The  
suspect vehicle is a grey and white 1993 Caprice, Texas tag L26NYC.
