[TWIAR] First Portuguese reflector of DStar network

Today began the first Portuguese reflector of DStar network, the callsign is REF040.

This reflector is in a Lisbon datacenter, the NFSI, and has a symmetric connection of 100/100 Mb.

The module B is for the exclusive use of national repeaters.

Will invite all that want to try this system, many portuguese operators are fluent in english.
