Due to our extensive coverage of amateur
involvement in the California wildfires, and
several special feature segments planned
weeks in advance for this weeks bulletin
service, please be aware the full version
of this weeks service will run well over two
hours.

As always, the edited Headline news version
contains limited news and features still runs
for its full hour.

W0KIE Satellite Network To Drop Analog Feed

After eleven years at the same location in the
sky, The W0KIE Satellite Radio Network is leaving
its analog subcarriers.  The analog carriers will
leave the air sometime in the next week.

W0KIE is planning a free to air digital (DVB)
service, which will be announced soon. This service
may be on the KU band versus its current C-Band
transmission.

If you currently take one of the TWIAR program
feeds from the C-Band W0KIE play outs, we will try
and keep you informed as to W0KIES new satellite
location.

In the meantime, all of our programs are always
available for direct download, podcast subscription,
or stream at our web site www.twiar.org.
