[TWIAR] TWIARi Playout On WBCQ 12/30

Once again, we have had a failure at WBCQ in
obtaining the correct program to broadcast before
air time.

This has occurred countless times in the past,
and has happened once again. The error is
never discovered until the wrong program is
on the air, and correction at that point either
results in 20 minutes of an old program followed
on air by the first 40 minutes of the new show, or
as happened today, no new show. Most of the time
this usually happens and I cannot reach the station.

So, today, the error of airing the wrong program
was not discovered until air, at which time I placed a call,
(and got through) to WBCQ, at which time the downloading
of the correct file took place, and was completed just
10 minutes before our hour was up.

I hope you will all tune into 7.415 tomorrow at 5pm eastern
to see if the correct program playsout.  It's a gamble we know.

The bottom line is, for reliability,  I guess, is that if anyone wants to hear
TWIAR International, I suggest you download it manually from
our web site, or subscribe to the automated RSS/podcast feed.

Just a suggestion.
