[TWIAR] Atlantis launch postponed

Scrubbed for a least 24 hours to evaluate damage, if any.  Lightning 
struck the tower before 2PM local yesterday (tape shows 1:49:18) with 
what is believed to be the hardest strike recorded.

Over 100 kilamps hit the tower.  It takes as little as 1 milliamp to 
kill you.
