[TWIAR] TWIAR.org back online - migration update

Well, it looks like TWIAR.org is back online.  Hopefully any email and 
files sent through the mailing lists were delivered promptly.

I'm guessing now that I will begin moving the site over after 9PM 
Tuesday night.  I will, of course, send out an advisory prior to the 
change.  At best, you will see no disruption.

What I will have to do is to is to subscribe everyone to the new 
server's mailing list, so I will get everyone's email off the lists 
before I do this.  If you  unsubscribe in between the time the change is 
made and are still receiving emails, please let me know at 
webmaster at twiar.org.  Same goes for if you stop receiving emails as well.
