I've updated the web site with the new links.

Please feel free to try out the WMA format and let us know how it works 
for you.

You should have the following in WMA:
TWIAR International (High and low bitrate)
TWIAR (straight WMA and zipped)
TWIAR News (zipped)

Also was directed to a glitch on the affiliates page where clicking on 
the state links would not take you to that state in Firefox (worked in 
IE).  Fixed the A NAME where the names were case sensitive.
