[TWIAR] Web site 98% back up and running

Well, it's been a long Easter weekend, but the site is back online for 
the most part.

I asked the hosting provider to run the backup from last month, and 
somehow in the process they lost ALL the files from the backup, so, no 
backup!!!

Sooooo I found the html files off my local HDD, but it was back from 
last October.  Therefore, any information that has changed from last 
October until now has been lost for now.  I am going through my old 
emails and files that contain affiliate updates and ticker sites and 
contact email pages. 

For now, the site will be up and going but most of the information is 
circa 2005.  Here are some of the changes I know I need to make:

Copyright changed from 2005 to 2006
Creative Commons licensing from 1.0 to 2.5
Contact page update (George is emailing me an updated list)
News page update
Update affiliates page (if you do not see your club/repeater listed 
email me back because I may not have the data)
Update ticker sites on ticker.html page (if you are using the ticker and 
do not see your site listed email me back because I may not have the data)
Update Banners page (two banners were on the main directory which was 
deleted)

Please feel free to roam the site and report any bugs that you find to 
me at either this address or webmaster at twiar.org.

And yes, all files are now being backed up on my local drive once a 
month at least.
