[TWIAR] Log/Release Delay

It would seem that our re-mailer now
thinks that the program logs and release
e-mails are spam.

I just made this discovery here at midnight
eastern.  Sorry for the delay, from now on I
will check and make sure they get out.

Hope the information will still be helpful
to most of the TWIAR affiliates.
