[TWIAR] New locations for the static MP3 and MP4 files - updated 5/28/05

To help relieve bandwidth, we have moved our twiar.mp3 and twiar.mp4
files to a location off of our web site.  We would like to thank Dr.
Scott Becker KB5MDH, of WBCQ, and the fine folks of Radio NewYork
International for the bandwidth and the pipeline from which the feeds
will be coming from.  

Please point your audio player to 
http://www.11l-rni.net/twiar/programs/static/twiar.mp3 
and 
http://www.11l-rni.net/twiar/programs/static/twiar.mp4 
for the static audio files.  

If you use an RSS aggregator or podcasting provider, I will send out the
new file location via RSS as soon as the new files are uploaded
(Saturday Night).
