[TWIAR] Audio links should now be working

Due to some difficulty on the server some links with the "clickcount" 
script in front of the URL are not working.  We used this as a method to 
track how many people are clicking on the links we post on the web site.

I will work to remove this script over the next week as the script is 
not needed much longer in any case.  If you do get the "internal server" 
error, please remove all information before the "http://" portion of the 
hyperlink and you should be redirected accordingly.
